Beautiful addition to my collection. Will be enjoyed for years to come.I love this serving tray Nutcracker very cute. I ended up sending the first one back as he was painted very poorly. They completely missed painting part if his mustache. At first I thought I would fix it but then thought no for the price I paid I shouldn't have too. I sent it back return was easy they sent me a new one right away. Painted much better. This is the only complaint I had with. They need to do a better job with painting but I'm going to still give it a 5 because it's super cute.It is by my front door, but the tray is missing, please send it.Thank you!My Grandson collects Christmas nutcrackers and currently has about 20 of them, all of different shapes and sizes -- but none as grand as this one! Although we have not had a chance to use it yet since it isn't even Thanksgiving, I have no doubt it will have a prominent place near the tree. It arrived in a very well packaged container, but did take two of us to pull the styrofoam protective packaging out from the box.It is exactly as described on Amazon and is bound to be a wonderful conversation piece at the annual Christmas Eve party, complete with the tray holding a plate of Christmas cookies!So cute and just the right size for my foyer. For the holidays, I had it right by the door, along with some other decorations, and put candy in the dish for guests as thew came or went.I liked everything about this product! Received many wonderful remarks about it!liI love itThe design Toscano Flurry Snowman Bulter is made from resin and is 11 inches wide x 15.5 inches deep and 29 inches high. The snowman's coloring is bright and cheerful. The product comes in two pieces - the snowman and the "butler tray" he is holding. I thought I had found the perfect connection between the tray and snowman, but when I placed 3 small pinecones in the tray it fell off and I now have a slightly cracked tray (luckily on the bottom of the tray). There are no directions as to how to secure the tray so it remains in place and since we cannot find a glue that actually states it can be used to glue resin on resin we are going to secure it together with heavy duty 3-M mounting tabs in hopes that that will work.Another concerns is that while the product page says it is possible to use this snowman inside or outside (I really want it outside as there isn't really room for him inside our condo) the tiny brochure that came with the product makes it sound like outside is not an opinion for this Midwest area. Statements like " In windy cities statues should be secured to permanent structures, painted items should be allowed to winter in covered areas, and we strongly suggest all portable statues be taken in extremely inclement weather and freezing temperatures" have made me leery of using this outside for Christmas in Chicagoland area..Very happy with item for my nutcracker thymed Christmas great qualityWir haben uns sehr gefreut, dies wird ein Deko Stück für unser Hotel, leider haben wir den Teller erst nicht gefunden, doch er ist im Styroporeingebaut, sehr tollre Nussknacker. seind sehr zufrieden. 5 Star.
